The Glacie Brief is a full-coverage knicker made by JulieMay from 78% organic Pima cotton and 22% silk with a pure mulberry silk gusset. It is the matching brief for the Glacie nursing and mastectomy bras and is designed for sensitive or easily irritated skin, whether you are pregnant, postpartum, recovering from surgery or treatment, or simply cannot tolerate synthetic underwear. Sizes 8 to 18.
