We understand that bra fitting isn’t always easy. We are committed to providing the perfect bra that fits you. You can easily exchange for another size if the bra doesn’t work, and we also offer a style swap where you can try another style that could be a better match for you.

✨✨How do I return the items?
- We provide Royal Mail return labels for UK domestic orders.
- For US & international orders, you can return the items to our US warehouse.
- We do not charge anything for swapping styles
- If you can’t find a style exchange option on the return portal, please select “Return to store credit” and use the credit to place a new order on our website.
- If you need any help with the shipping or would like to request a return without sending the items back, please contact our customer service at cs@juliemay.co.uk. We are very happy to help!
Returns guaranteed
You can return any unfit items* to us for a refund or exchange within 180 days of purchase. Please go to our return portal to submit a return request:

- You must obtain proof of postage if your item(s) is lost on its way back to us.
- Any discounts you used for the original order will be applied to the refund value. The refund value could differ from the listed product value because discount codes are used.
- If you return an exchange for a refund, the order value will show as “0” on our portal, and we will process the refund from your original order.
- JulieMay reserves the right to reject return requests if the returned items are in unacceptable condition.

✨✨How soon will I get my refund/exchange?
- All returns are approved automatically, and you will receive an email with the return instructions. Please check your spam box if you can’t find it.
- Once your return/exchange is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item.
- Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original payment method within 5-10 working days.
- Exchanged items will be shipped to your order address within 5-10 working days.
