Where is my order?
Tracking will be available once the order has been dispatched. You can check your order with the tracking code provided by email. If you have questions or concerns, please contact us via email.
Where is my shipment/order confirmation email?
Our order and shipment confirmation emails are automatically sent once the order has been completed or the package has been shipped. The email may have gone to your junk/spam folder. If you still can’t find your order/shipment confirmation, contact us via email. We’ll send you a copy of the confirmation email in no time.
What should I do if I receive a wrong item?
We’re sorry to hear that you have received a wrong item. Please contact us via email with your order number, the name/product code of the item you were supposed to receive and any further details. We are happy to arrange a replacement or exchange item for you.
What should I do if my item is missing?
Royal Mail’s courier will leave a notification card if you have missed their delivery
attempt. You can track your item with the tracking code provided by email. If your
item does not arrive within the regular delivery time, please contact us via email.
We will do everything we can to make sure you receive your item in time.
Do the products online look accurate?
We have made effort to optimise the accuracy of all product images as much as
possible. However, since the display of product colours depends significantly on
your monitor, we cannot guarantee the level of accuracy achieved on every
individual user’s monitor.
