Fit guarantee & replacement policy for custom-made orders

  • All custom-made items are tailor made to each individual order. Please be careful to be certain you want to order an item to be made before going ahead as we do not offer refund due to it being the wrong size unless the item is faulty. 
  • It takes hours of careful work to tailor make lingerie individually so please make sure that you give us accurate information on your size and your measurements. Please review your information before submit the measurement form.
  • We will remake and replace your lingerie if it doesn’t fit you as long as it is returned to us unwashed and unworn within 30 days of your receipt of your order. Please read our replacement policy as follows:
  1. Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
  2. Items must be unworn and unwashed.
  3. For hygiene reason, items can only be exchange if the hygiene protection labels have not been removed.
  4. Postage is payable by you if you are returning the garment for a replacement.
  5. You must obtain proof of postage just in case your order is lost on its way back to us.
  6. Juliemay reserves the right to reject return requests if the items are in unacceptable condition.
  • When you return the bra set for a replacement, please return the Replacement Form together or talk to our customer services at cs@juliemay.co.uk to provide detail information on what needs to be improved, so that we can supply a better fitting garment in exchange.
  • Once the bra set has been received by us we will process it as quickly as possible. For custom modifications we reserve 25 business days to create the perfect garment based on your requests. You will receive updates about your order status.
  • We provide a maximum of 4 replacement for each style. If you need extra replacements, the full price of the item must be paid. Please contact us for more information.
