We offer a 30 day returns guarantee.
We are dedicated to provide you with the best service. If you are not satisfied with our product, for any reason, you can return it to us within 30 days of date of purchase and we will happily refund the purchase price.
Return / Exchange Policy
- Items must be returned/exchange within 30 days of receipt.
- Items must be unworn and unwashed.
- For hygiene reason, items can only be returns/exchange if the hygiene protection labels have not been removed.
- Incomplete returns may be refused or disregarded. JulieMay reserves the right to reject return requests if the returned items are in unacceptable condition.
- Please note that we only offer size & color exchanges for full priced items. Please follow the standard returns procedure to return the items you do not wish to keep and place a new order for the new item.
- You must obtain proof of postage just in case your order is lost on its way back to us.

Please provide the following information in your email:
- Your order number, name
- The item you want to return/exchange
- Reason for return/exchange
Once we received your request,
- You will receive an email with instructions on how to return your item and a link to Royal Mail returns page.
- You can download a QR code to your mobile
- Print your parcel label at your local Royal Mail
- Drop your parcel and go
- Please include your order number and name in the parcel, so that we can track your order.
- We will process your return when we received your items.
- In the case of exchange, we will reship replacement items when we received your items.
Please note that we only offer size & color exchanges for full priced items. If the chosen substitute size/color is not in stock, we will contact you to confirm a refund. If you need further assistance, please contact us via email. We are happy to help.
Once we received your items, you will receive an email from us to confirm your refund has been processed. Refunds are processed to the card/method of payment that was used in the original order.
Please allow 5-10 working days for the payment to show in your account, depending on the card issuer.
We aim to process your return ASAP, if you have not been refunded after 30 days of returning the item, please contact us via email with the proof of postage from your return carrier and we will check this out for you.
